Return & Refund Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted only if:

• • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

• • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

• • • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  
  
  • In case any Return is approved,the product will be picked up within 3-7 working days.

Return Process:

1. 1. Contact us via phone/WhatsApp or email with your order ID and issue details.

1. 1. Share clear photos of the product and packaging if requested.

1. 1. Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back (based on your location).

Replacement and Refunds:

• • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be credited  to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• • If a replacement is preferred and available, we will ship it at no additional cost.
  
  
  • Any Replacement approved, the Product will be picked and delivered within 3-7 Working days. 

Note: We do not accept returns for products that are opened, used, or returned after the allowed time period.
