Refund on Cancellation

• If the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame and the order hasn’t been shipped, the full amount will be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance.

• KB Pharma reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, stock issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
